Find Your Way Back to Balance

Ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, brought gently into your everyday life. Whether you're carrying stress, seeking stillness, or simply ready to feel like yourself again — you're in the right place.

Healing That Begins With You

Ayurveda doesn't treat symptoms in isolation — it listens to the whole of you. Your body, your mind, your rhythms, your life. It's a system designed for people who feel like something is off but can't quite name it. For those who are tired of managing symptoms and ready to understand the root. For anyone who has lost touch with themselves and is quietly longing to come home to their own body. And when you begin to understand Ayurveda — how your body moves with the seasons, responds to what you eat, how you sleep, how you live — so much starts to make sense. It's like being handed a map you didn't know you were missing.Through personalised consultations and deeply therapeutic treatments, I'll help you tune back into what your body is telling you and create a path toward lasting ease, vitality, and calm.Whether you're new to Ayurveda or returning to a practice you love, there's a place for you here.

A little about me!

I Know What It Feels Like to Be Disconnected From Yourself

For most of my life, I was looking for relief in all the wrong places. Food, alcohol, cigarettes, people-pleasing — anything to avoid sitting with the parts of myself I didn't want to face. I was a lifelong people pleaser and a deeply practised self-abandoner, and I had no idea how much it was costing me.Ayurveda changed that. Not overnight, and not without honesty — the kind of honesty that asks you to look at what you've been running from. What this ancient system offered me that nothing else had was a path back to myself. Not a prescription. Not a way to manage symptoms or numb the edges. A genuine, tender, sometimes uncomfortable journey of reconnection — to my body, my rhythms, my own inner voice. The one I came into this world with, before life taught me to doubt it.It healed my relationship with food, which for decades had been rooted in body hatred and the belief that being thin was the price of being loved. It gave me the clarity to stop medicating myself and the courage to tend to the parts of me I'd spent years avoiding.I can honestly say Ayurveda saved my life. That's why I do this work. Not from a textbook — from lived experience. I know what it is to feel lost in your own body, and I know what it feels like to find your way home.If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to walk alongside you.
